Albarella

The island of Albarella is located in the heart of the Park ofDelta del Po, between Chioggia (distance 30 Km) and Comacchio (distance 45 Km), in the municipality of Rosolina, province of Rovigo. It extends itself for 528 hectares covered by Mediterranean scrub, with 2 million trees of 150 different tree species, including maritime pine and the white poplar, “Populus Alba “, from which the island takes its name.
The 100% of the area, both terrestrial and aquatic, is under strict protection.
The island is a natural habitat of deer, pheasants, hares, herons, marsh harriers, Knights of Italy and egrets.

Sottomarina

In recent years Sottomarina has become a favourite destination for families  which in this environment find serenity and space suitable for children. Moreover, there are also many opportunities to have fun: playgrounds, volleyball, basketball, tennis, small marinas for boating, canoeing, windsurfing rental centres and riding schools.

The seabed reserve a unique spectacle for divers: le tegnùe, real “reef”, built by natural organisms like algae. Sponges and anemones are particularly striking, thanks to shapes and colours, while the rocks are swarming with crustaceans, small crabs, lobsters and scorpion fish and they are not lacking large eels and croakers.

If you are in Sottomarina you can then reach to the nearby town of Chioggia with its characteristic urban plant lake an herringbone, a small Venice with streets and canals, palaces and churches and then homes with traditional chimneys that evoke the places described in the plays of Goldoni. It worth absolutely a visit!

Pellestrina

The island of Pellestrina is long over 10 km between the Venetian Lagoon and the Adriatic Sea, located between the Lido of Venice and Chioggia. The island is only one but is divided into three hamlets: Portosecco, San Pietro in Volta, Pellestrina.

Surely the first things you will hit such as the numerous gardens and colorful houses, high no more than two or three storeys with facades all facing the lagoon.

Everything remembers Venice. From districts to the ritualof the spritz, the local aperitif, Campari or Aperol sprayed white wine. Up to the passion for the historical regatta and the myth of the great champions and masters of oar.

You can reach Pellestrina from Venice by public transport: bus and vaporetto.

Venice’s Lido

The numerous huts that characterize the lido of this island, located between the Venetian Lagoon and the Adriatic Sea, hosted royalty, artists, and celebrities. Today, anyone can enjoy a peaceful stay on this island that in September hoots the International Film Festival. This island has been recently awarded with the prestigious Blue flag thanks to the quality of its water.

Lido is also filled with the wonder of landscapes, including the WWF protected oasis of the dunes of Alberoni.

Summer holidays on the island of Lido also means sports and fun, with its numerous facilities dedicated to a number of sports including the famous golf course at Alberoni, one of the most beautiful and oldest in Italy.

Cavallino – Treporti

The coast of Cavallino can be considered the kingdom for campers. In fact, along the whole stretch of beach is a succession of thirty well-equipped campsites and holiday villages surrounded by trees and pine forests. These areas can be limited for those looking for peace or animated, complete with swimming pools, cinemas, games, spas, dance floors and stages for concerts or cabaret. For those who instead prefer to stay in different type of structures, there are excellent hotels, bungalows and apartments available to tourists.

Explore the unique sceneries that this environment serves such as the fish farms, sandbanks and pine forests. This is a paradise for birdwatchers. Leaving the coast, there are ancient and picturesque villages of Ca’ Savio, Ca’ Vio, Treporti, Lio Grando, Lio Piccolo and Punta Sabbioni. After a short motorboat ride, you find yourself surrounded by the thousand-year charm of Venice.

With its three touristic centers – the Center, the Lighthouse and the pine forest – Jesolo offers its guests natural landscapes and different types of things to do. Well-equipped beaches, a pine forest that is very inviting, the countryside crossed by placid streams of the Sile and the Piave.
For those who love browsing Jesolo boasts 5 docks and then sailing schools, windsurfing, canoeing, diving courses, tennis schools, multipurpose areas for basketball, volleyball and football, miniature golf, a water park, a karting track approved for World Championship races and endless bicycle rentals for those who want to discover the hinterland along the many cycling routes. But that’s not all because in Jesolo is also a golf course surrounded by an oasis of greenery.
Then, in the evening, two thousand shops and clubs liven the town between via Bafile and the surrounding squares. The clubs are the temples of the youthful fun; restaurants, pizzerias and cafes delight the palate with seafood; Pub and piano bar accompanying after-dinner chat.

Eraclea

Eraclea is the ideal place for a peaceful vacation with a beach far from the hustle and bustle of the big tourist centres and it’s is bounded by a florid and old pine forest that forms the boast natural.

During the summer Eraclea is transformed into a spectacle of color for the eyes: the dunes of the coast are covered with tamarisks that create a unique mix of the pink of the buds, gold sand and green vegetation.

Remarkable, from the environmental point of view, is the natural reserve of the Lagoon of Mort. Relaxing walks, bicycle or horseback rides allow tourists to reach the most picturesque corners and hidden lagoon, explore the pine forest, and watch the wonderful sunsets.

During the day the beach of Eraclea welcomes those who want to spend time in the sunshine, play beach volleyball, windsurf or sail.

Caorle

The beach of Caorle offers all comforts for a relaxing holiday: equipped areas, health paths, playgrounds for children.

Caorle’s main feature is undoubtedly the “scogliera viva” whose rocks that compose it are carved and decorated very thoroughly by artists from around the world. This art “natural” runs around the waterfront, creating a wonderful effect standing out on the limpid sea behind him.

Everything is crowned by the magnificent Church of our Lady dell’angelo, a small church which dominates this small cultural landscape. The scogliera viva has become so symbolic of Caorle and favourite destination of most tourists who arrive in the country specifically to enjoy these breathtaking performances.

Bibione

The three well-equipped and vivacious centers of Bibione Beach, Lido del Sole and Bibione Pineda, are the ideal destination for those who want to sunbathe and relax and for active people. Here you will find entertainment and sports of all kinds. From the port of Baseleghe you can board for interesting naturalistic itineraries or for excursions to the nearby city of Venice.

But Bibione is especially known for its liveliness and the many activities for every age and need, from sport venues that can be used all year round and that attract numerous and important gatherings such as Beach Volleyball, Beach Tennis and soccer, to the recent highly qualified Spa of Bibione Thermae. All within a locality always animated by musical entertainment, shows and events, with ice cream parlours, bars and shops open until late in the evening and for young people also a funfair.
